As an ultra runner with experience in both competition and evidence-based training and nutrition, I bring a holistic approach to performance. I have also developed large corporate teams, facilitated leadership initiatives, and worked on product development. Additionally, I am a Certified GDQ Consultant, Certified Customer Success Manager, and Certified Account Experience®.
I am a trained trainer and instructor with RF-SISU and a certified Running Instructor with the Swedish Athletics Federation. I am currently responsible for training other running coaches at the Swedish Athletics Federation. As a psychology student, I am dedicated to lifelong learning.
In my own journey, I strive to explore and push my limits, while helping and guiding others—especially runners—along the way.
Running:
Running forms the core of my training, but it’s not an everyday practice. Most of my runs fall between 64-84% of my max heart rate, creating optimal adaptation and ensuring sustainability, even with high training volumes.
Strength Training:
My approach to strength training is evidence-based. I tailor my training to align with the competition or buildup season, making adjustments to maximize performance and minimize injury risk.
Special Blocks:
In addition to my regular running and strength training, I incorporate special training blocks. These are designed either to adapt to the specific environment of an upcoming competition or to target specific aspects of my running capabilities.
Coaching Services:
Running Coaching:
- Group Coaching: 1250 SEK per hour
- Private Coaching: 1250 SEK per 8-week block; 550 SEK for consecutive 4-week blocks
- Company Coaching: 4900 SEK for 4 one-hour sessions; 4250 SEK for consecutive blocks of 4 one-hour sessions
Corporate Coaching:
- Team Development (3 blocks of 4 hours): 24,500 SEK
- Leadership Development (10 blocks of 2 hours, over 10 months): 19,500 SEK
- Facilitation & Coaching Training (2 blocks of 6 hours): 16,500 SEK
Speaker Engagements:
I am available to share my expertise and personal journey in running, training, or creating a thriving association. Starting at 4900 SEK (excluding travel expenses).
